Refund Policy

1. Automatic Refunds for Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase a subscription you already own, we will automatically:

  • Detect the duplicate purchase within moments of completion
  • Block the duplicate subscription from activating
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method
  • Send you an email confirmation with refund details

Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed immediately through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer typically takes 5-10 business days to credit the funds back to your account.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You have full control over your subscription:

  • Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account
  • Access until end of period: After cancellation, you'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • No recurring charges: Once canceled, you will not be charged again
  • No mid-cycle refunds: We do not provide refunds for the remaining time in your current billing period

3. Lifetime License Purchases

Pro Lifetime is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products:

  • No refunds after activation: Once your lifetime license is activated and you have access to Pro features, refunds are not available
  • Technical issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using ProducerGrid, please contact us at info@producergrid.com and we will work to resolve the issue
  • Case-by-case review: In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis

Before purchasing: We recommend trying the Free version first to ensure ProducerGrid works well with your system and meets your needs.

4. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However: By purchasing and immediately activating your subscription, you explicitly agree to begin receiving the digital service immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service begins.

If you choose not to activate your subscription within 14 days, you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@producergrid.com.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

While we generally do not provide refunds for canceled subscriptions, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Technical issues preventing you from using the service
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Service not functioning as described

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Refund Timeline:

  • 1.Immediate: Refund initiated through Stripe payment processor
  • 2.1-2 days: Stripe processes the refund
  • 3.5-10 business days: Your bank/card issuer credits your account

Payment Method: Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to a different card or payment method.
