Refund Policy

1. Automatic Refunds for Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase a subscription, license, or dashboard package you already own:

  • The duplicate purchase is detected automatically within moments of completion
  • The duplicate is blocked from activating
  • A full refund is issued to your original payment method
  • You receive an email confirmation with refund details

Processing time: Refunds are processed immediately through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer typically takes 5-10 business days to credit the funds.

2. Pro Subscription & Additional Seat Cancellations

This section applies to Pro subscriptions (monthly/annual) and additional dashboard seats.

  • Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription or individual seats at any time from your account settings.
  • Access until end of period: After cancellation, you continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No recurring charges: Once canceled, you will not be charged again for the canceled subscription or seat.
  • No mid-cycle refunds: We do not provide refunds for the remaining time in your current billing period unless required by law or approved as an exceptional case (see Section 5).
  • Seat removal: Removing an additional seat does not affect other active seats or the base Pro subscription.

3. Pro Lifetime Desktop Agent License

Pro Lifetime is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase.

  • After activation: Once your lifetime license is activated and you have access to Pro features, refunds are not available except as provided under the EU withdrawal right (Section 4).
  • Technical issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using ProducerGrid, contact us. We will work to resolve the issue before processing any refund request.
  • Try Free first: We recommend using the Free version before purchasing to ensure ProducerGrid works with your system.

4. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is calculated from the date of purchase (the day the contract is concluded).

For Pro Lifetime (Digital Content):

Pro Lifetime is digital content delivered immediately upon activation. Under Article 16(m) of the Directive, you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is activated, provided you gave express prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right — via the separate checkbox at checkout.

If you purchase but do not activate your license within 14 days of purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a full refund by contacting us at info@producergrid.com.

For Pro Subscription & Additional Seats (Services):

Pro subscriptions and additional seats are ongoing services. Under Article 16(a) of the Directive, if you explicitly request immediate performance of the service, you may still withdraw within 14 days, but you will be liable for a proportionate amount corresponding to the service provided up to the point of withdrawal. In practice: if you cancel within 14 days, you are charged only for the days the service was active, and the remaining balance is refunded. After 14 days, the cancellation terms in Section 2 apply.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing you from using the service that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Service not functioning as described, where the non-conformity cannot be remedied

6. How Refunds Are Processed

  1. Immediate: Refund initiated through Stripe payment processor
  2. 1-2 days: Stripe processes the refund
  3. 5-10 business days: Your bank or card issuer credits your account

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. We cannot process refunds to a different card or payment method.
